Jun 10, 2009 - I would say, a bit of both...The car bombs were mainly to generate panic, smoke, noise etc and to keep a perimeter north of WTC7 clear of unwanted guests.From the Taj Mahal car park to the west, to Church St to the east, and along Barclay St and surrounding streets, many car bombs/incendiaries were used.Where as the "keep your eye on the building, coming down soon" was from WTC7 cutting charges, mid-afternoon on 9/11.So yes, both is spot-on.Best wishes
