I decided to marinate my chicken in McCormick's Tomato, Basil, and Garlic Grill Mates marinade for 24 hours prior to cooking. It helped to further enhance the taste of the pasta. The basil gave it this really "fresh from the garden" taste that I think really made it all work. I served it with a small green salad, fresh Italian bread, and white wine, (I served pinot grigio).

Oh not to mention that it's also delicious!...although I could not find the sun dried tomatoes in the super market near my place but it's still great.
