Jun 13, 2011 - @tdrewke I do understand your point of view,but just think these people really do Love The Lynyrd Skynyrd Band.The song Simple Man has made them cry I'm sure on occasion as myself. Other bands never gave me such a feeling of being a part of something as Lynyrd Skynyrd Band.

Aug 4, 2011 - @SteveGains Yeah those are some infamous last words. But that's how Ronnie Van Zant was. If it was your time to go then there was nothing you can do about it. His father said in an interview that Ronnie would always tell him that he wasnt going to live passed 30 and that he knew that was his cut off. Even the other band members said he would talk about it.

Feb 8, 2012 - Actually Aerosmith had only considered buying that plane; but after the inspection was made, during which their road manager swears he saw the pilots sharing swigs from a bottle of JD, they chose not to buy. Reasons given were lack of experience in that particular plane by those same pilots, as well as the known engine problems. They deemed it a death trap and passed. Sadly, we'll never know why MCA left the choice to a man who wasn't qualified to make the call.
