Nov 23, 2011 - This is why Americans are, by and large, so insanely dim. For the typical American, whole, real foods make up a scant portion of their diet. And for those thinking I'm some elitist foreigner, I was born and raised in the United States. I have never even left the country.

Dec 19, 2011 - A persons diet is an indicator of education level. IQ test aren't as unbiased as people think. If parents give their child precursory cognitive stimulus they are going to score higher on an IQ test. That said, these wealthier more educated parents are also giving their children a more healthy diet. On the other hand, some hillbilly/ghetto kid who's parents buy dinner in a can, Kool-Aid (drank) and who's stimuli is watching "The Morey Show" is going to score lower regardless of diet.

Mar 7, 2012 - I cook my food fresh almost every day, just like my mom used to for me. That's always how it should be.

Apr 20, 2012 - If man makes it, do not eat it.And the reason the demand for fruits and veggies is low has to do with the unhealthy desires of fat America.People love KFC and McD but detest fruits and veggies.Health and fitness is a choice, and it's hard but simple.Unhealthy people have ONLY themselves to blame.
