Jun 18, 2011 - wrong. Spacex was working on manned craft and human rated rockets before NASA ever gave them a dime. Bigelow only got a couple of patents off NASA before it started on it's moduels. Obama is the best preident for NASA since Kennedy, and Kennedy had a space race, a motivated populace, and a powerhouse of an economy behind his NASA.
