Aug 2, 2009 - There are no 12th dans whatsoever in Shotokan. Bunjinkan ninjutsu is the only art I'm aware of that goes over 10, and there's a lot more than 3 of them in the US over 10th. Jirotto is a moron.

This is probably the speed acording to his interpreation and particular condition.The second run is - to my pleasure - slow and more instructive. I do not train Shotokan but I enjoy a lot watching Kanazawa San´s videos, as they are very similar to what I learned.

Nov 18, 2010 - i saw one very optimistic bunkai for it somewhere, cant remember where. imagine the hand that you pull back is representing a katana (sword) you jump and kick it out of the offenders hand, then another attacker from the front tries to thrust a sword, you duck that, step up and block it out of his hand, its a VERY optimistic bunkai and im sure there are many others but thats one i have seen, il try to find another some more bunkai, more realistic ones
