Mar 19, 2012 - my older brother is currently in serving the infantry, and every time i listen to this song i tear up because one day i know one day i could potentially have to go with never hearing his voice again and just that thought kills me inside

Apr 2, 2012 - My oldest brother in currently in training for hus 3rd deployment. its really hard for me everytime he leaves. i get into a really bad depression and i get anxiety attacks from the fear of him not coming back. Apr 10, 2012 - my older brother left and i didnt get to say bye and i dont get to see him untill im in 10th grade and im in 5th :( i miss him i cry everynight i never get to call or text or anything i havent seen him in 7mounths already :( not even close dyl please come home pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee :( please like this and he said if i have 100 likes he will come back please like this hes my only family member that loves mee alott others just yell at meeeee please like it

Apr 23, 2012 - Sweetie my youngest brother is gone with the Marines. It is tough ... and I will not lie...it never gets easier. I listen to this song all the time while he is away. Just know there are those of us behind you and your brother. Semper Fi is not just a saying...it is a way of life. Regardless of branch know we love both of you and thank you for your brothers and your service...I know it is tough ... hang in there it is almost over :)

Apr 27, 2012 - Regardless of branch we are all a family that truly support each other. As with any family there is banter and fun poking between services...but it is all tongue in cheek. When push comes to shove, we are a family through and through. Like this song says...Sometimes freedom makes it hard to live, when it takes things from you that you don't want to give....Those of us who truly get what this means stand behind each other. :)

Mar 9, 2012 - everytime i play this song it brings me to tears because i lost my brother after he got the call to go to iraq. the day he left was one of the hardest but his funrel was the worst i felt like somthing had died in me aswell. I will never forget that day my parents sat me down and told me that my brother was not coming home again. I think i cryed my self to sleep for a year after that because i did not want to belive it at all
