If you acknowledged that your a grantor / executor or an individual paying for the bankruptcy, trying to create a surplus through tax credit. If you haven't acknowledged your status as a grantor then all these courts are going to treat you as a person increasing the balance of the deficit. IT'S ALL COMMERCE. THERE IS NO REAL MONEY
