When you've tried everything, and there are no other treatments, its humane to put an animal to sleep. instead of being in pain the whole way through, you can relieve it for just a moment and have time to say goodbye. would you rather watch your dog have a seizure and die of massive brain hemorrhaging, or watch them fall asleep peacefully?
