Jan 5, 2012 - I am not sure if you are familiar with boxing, but when a fighter cannot take a punch, usually he has a weak chin. The bottom line is: Dana White, who is an excellent promoter of the UFC, he clearly understood that brock lesnar would be someone who could bring in new fans to UFC. Brock lesnar came in an did well based on carefully selected fighters. I believe you are or someone stated that if he fought strikers he would not have won the title...that is true.

Jan 5, 2012 - cont. I believe I have mentioned this before that Brock's attitude is awful and he did not earn the right to get a title shot because he was a former  wwe wrestler. Many other deserving MMA, highly skilled fighters, should have been in position to compete for a title, not Brock. And because of that he should have come into UFC with a humble attitude, but he did not. I personally do not respect Brock Lesnar for that reason; he displayed no professionalism.

I am the baddest dude on the planet. Brock came to UFC and made a lot of money for himself and for UFC, simply as that.

Jan 5, 2012 - Listen , brock came into UFC with a cocky attitude, his cocky attitude is legit, unlike other guys whose attitude is for the camera. Now, brock has created this persona about himself. Of course, he has to keep up the bad attitude routine, despite the fact he suffers with a  lethal disease. You and others are acting as if he had to fight Overeem; he did not. Any contractual agreement can be re-negotiated, hence he is retiring and still under contract.

First of all, UFC is sport/entertainment like all sports. The fact that MMA is a brutal sport, and people get injured, is what they get paid for,and what they have CHOSEN to do. Second, as a consumer and long time customer of UFC, I have a right to opine about a fight that was substandard, as anybody has that same right.
