Apr 16, 2012 - Hey Ladies , I've been doing this circuit for about three weeks now, and it doesn't leave me sore anymore . for the first week it would KICK MY BUTT ! Now it's getting easier. is that a bad thing ? Should i change up routines ? This is my only ab routine, with a cardio routine, your Best Arm workout and a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader leeg workout . i was just wondering if I stay with this ab circuit , will it still give me results if it doesn't leave me sore anymore?

May 24, 2012 - Have you been doing it day after day? If yes then you should do it every other day because by not since you can't feel it, it means that your muscles have gotten use to it and won't make much of a difference. I suggest switching to a different Routine. Good luck :D

May 25, 2012 - I am pretty skinny but my stomach is not toned. I don't do any cardio (yes, I know I should!), will i just get strong abs with fat covering my stomach? Or will this circuit actually show a difference if I'm not doing cardio.

I am really confused though because some people say you should only work one part of your body every other day, while the day off is needed to build muscle. Is it better for me to be doing this every day or every other day?? I would really appreciate if you guys would respond and thanks so much for your videos they are soo helpful!!
