May 8, 2012 - Good stuff. Its important to question the tactics of pychics/mediums. I'm not sure that its always OK to push atheist and rationlist views on others so vehemently, just as it isn't ok for the religuous zealots to do so with their beliefs. As someone deep in grief, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has looked for evidence of life after death. I remain sceptical, but the journey is important. To call me, and others like me, idiotic or unintelligent shows a lack of compassion that is all to common.

May 28, 2012 - I don't think that it's his intelligence that has led him away from religion as much as his ability to understand human psychology and the nature of our capacity to twist or alter our way of thinking to suit our desire. Understanding the human brain should lead to non-belief in a manmade god....although that does require a degree in intelligence I suppose :S
