In 1986 I was going to the roof of the WTC and filmed with my ARRIflex ST 16mm camera two 30m rolls of Kodak reversal film, thats about 5 Minutes. I used a Angenieux 12 - 120mm lens. The sound is recorded not on the WTC, its recorded out of the window of my hotel in the 16th floor, I´m sorry about this.Thank you to Judy for telecine & color correction and Marion for the original sound recording.

Sep 20, 2011 - Great footage. The very first shot shows the old 610-foot tall 7 World Trade Center under construction. Very cool. It's also interesting to see how much the Manhattan skyline has changed, and I'm not talking about the WTC. There are countless new and beautiful skyscrapers down there now.

Jan 1, 2012 - My uncle told me a hilarious story. When he was a kid, my grandfather took my mom, uncles, and my aunt to the WTC. My grandfather picked up my uncle held him over the WTC on the top floor and threatened to drop him if he ever became a bad boy. I was laughing he sat silently and wepot slightly...... I feel like he missed the days when it was around.
