So !YOU FIGURE! fuck with me I give that ass a try..." I can't hear "you figure" at all when I listen to it. To my understanding, the second verse is aimed at Biggie. So, wouldn't it be a safe assumption to change "you figure" to "your single" (since it sounds more like that than "you figure"). Then, you can hear how Pac is provoking Biggie to retaliate.
