You poor and middle class people did use those credit cards, and home loans. You had a great time from 2002 to 2008, and now you have to pay for it. The bailouts were guaranteed by the government. So, stop blaming the rich for all your problems. In the USA, you can become rich if you work hard, are innovative, and have the right attitude.
