May 29, 2012 - When asked, many possible visitors to Israel will not go there because of the dangers of Palestinian attacks by suicide bombers or by rockets from Gaza. NOT BECAUSE OF ISRAEL - BECAUSE OF PALESTINIAN ATTACKS OR ROCKETS - TAKE NOTE

May 29, 2012 - On the Palestinain problem, Israel absolutely stinks from sea to shining sea. , and your Arab bashing does nothing to redeem that situation. Just keep telling yourself that you're a "good person", elena. You might even convince yourself of it.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - Because, of course, Arabs being merely beasts, this is what they do for fun, right? And no, the Israelis DON'T belong there, they belong in the sanctimonious, hypocritical country of which the majority of them hold citizenship, the country which bent itself double to deny immigration to holocaust survivors, while at the same time demanding that Palestinians give up their country to accommodate Zionism.
elanainisrael Says:
May 29, 2012 - The 1929 massecre occurred 19 years BEFORE the State of Israel was declared. We should have welcomed them with mirrors so that could see themselves as they really are. Satanists = Islamists
odogg1946 Says:
May 29, 2012 - Many don,t go because they find Issraeli's to be repugnant fascist psychopathic spawn of satan!! who in 64 years have produced a state that is founded on NOTHING MORE than TERRORISM and APARTHEID!!
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - suicide bombings,- 120 in total spread across 20 years with half being committed during the second intifada, was never a "threat" to the state800 people in 20 yearscast lead killed double that in 2 weeksmodern-day blood libels - unlike the love and admiration the world has shown muslims and arabs in particular
elanainisrael Says:
May 29, 2012 - Your usual crap sack of lies - Israel's favourite "the blade' and yet you whine out of your snotty nose about how sophisticated Israel's army is. Now you are really stupid and just shot yourself in the foot - ANOTHER RETARDED COMMENT FROM OGG!!!!
odogg1946 Says:
May 29, 2012 - The fact is is that the majority of the worlds citizens find the Palestinian people to be made of better moral quality and dignity.
elanainisrael Says:
May 29, 2012 - Yeah, yeah - brrr shiver - I am so scared!!!
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - 98.77 percent of requests for administrative detention have been approved by military courts over the past few years. One third of the 308 currently held detainees have been held between one and two years, 13 have been held between two and four and a half years, and two have been held for even longer. Several individuals have been subjected to administrative detention several times, with aggregate time served in detention sometimes exceeding 10 years.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - Administrative detainees have in the past included, and will likely continue to include many Palestinians involved in organizing non-violent political activity. They have also included elected members of the Palestinian Legislative Council. Currently 24 Palestinian MPs are in administrative detention, effectively disabling the governing body.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - " The policy of administrative detention contravenes these basic international human rights standards as the evidence against these detainees is submitted in secret to the military court and neither the detainees nor their lawyers are given access to it. Since the detainees do not know the evidence against them, they are unable to refute it or otherwise defend themselves.
MrRichardSabsay Says:
May 29, 2012 - Becouse the pal leadership R nothing but a bunch of terorists who use their own ppl as cannon fodder when their not steeling their $ the world has moved on.In Syria a real genaside is going on yet still the Arab world does nothing but bitch about Israel.Face it pals ur old news so grow up and move on.It's time 2 make peace before it's 2 late
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - This is also a fundamental tenet of due process rights and is required by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), in particular Article 14 paragraph 3 (a), which provides that everyone be entitled to "be informed promptly and in detail in a language which he understands of the nature and cause of the charge against him
odogg1946 Says:
May 29, 2012 - Dont have any inadequacies and don't have any lies, thats your department, lies, pathos, narcissism and psychopathology I will leave that up to you.
elanainisrael Says:
May 29, 2012 - what were your questions again - I missed your brilliancy lost in OGG's stupidity - send again as many times as you want sweetie.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - Unfortunately, Israeli authorities have not agreed to end their widespread use of indefinitely renewable administrative detention by military courts, based on secret evidence, without charge or trial. This practice is in violation of international humanitarian law, which permits the limited use of administrative detention but nevertheless requires a fair hearing at which the detainee can hear the evidence against him/her and challenge the bases for continued detention.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - In response to the mass hunger strike, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon demanded that all the administrative detainees "must be charged and face trial with judicial guarantees, or be released without delay."
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - According to Human Rights Watch: "The idea that you can lock up 100s of people at any given time—and over the years 100s and 1000s of people—without any due process rights, really turns human rights law on its head." The UN Human Rights Committee has consistently said that administrative detention is practiced by Israel in an unlawful way.
idoIerner Says:
May 29, 2012 - Given the likelihood that human rights & humanitarian law violations will continue to be committed and condoned by the Israeli military courts, in particular the widespread use of administrative detention, it is unconscionable that the United States continues its military aid of over $3.1 billion a year to Israel—& even discusses adding an additional $1 billion. In light of the violations outlined above, the National Lawyers Guild calls for the immediate cessation of all military aid to Israel.
Irishcelt00 Says:
May 29, 2012 - National Lawyers Guild lol really just a pack of Jackals.

elanainisrael Says:
May 29, 2012 - After all we can try and tell them everything without much risk. They will call the informer a liar, or an agent of the Mossad, or a representative of the Zionist lobby or racist. Why get rid of a very convenient responsible for the whole world's misery? It avoids questioning ourselves of our own inadequacies. DOGG ARE YOU READING ABOUT YOUR INADEQUACIES AND LIES?
