Feb 22, 2012 - wow. funny to see Watermelon Slim on wikipedia and all. I was 18 in '98 at Oklahoma State when I guess he was a 40-something year old student. One of my fraternity brothers was good friends with Slim and he played on our front porch at the fraternity during Greek Week one year. If I recall his nickname has something to do with making (and/or drinking) watermelon moonshine.
