Title: Adventure (Atari 2600) - Difficulty 1 - 0:33.60
Added: Sep 5, 2006
Author: SadisticMystic
Duration: 0:39
Description:
Adventure is, as its name suggests, an early adventure game for the Atari 2600. You have to dodge or kill dragons on the way to finding the chalice, and bring the chalice inside the yellow castle to win the game. In this video, I play on the easiest difficulty, and complete the goal in under 34 seconds, timed from the moment I gain control to the moment the screen starts flashing.

Oct 27, 2011 - dude, this was the first game to have items, the first game to have bosses, the first game to have a persisting, slightly randomized world, the first game that actually had a way to win (instead of endlessly cycling through levels, as in all arcade games at the time) and the first game to have an easter egg. It was freakin' amazing, back in the day.

Feb 28, 2012 - There are 3 difficulty levels, 1-2 are about a fixed situation, items also are always in same place. The 3rd level is totally random, you never know where a item or dragon can be found. This is amazing because you have a new adventure situation everytime you reset after win. Although, sometimes is impossible to complete the level because you never find the key that leads to main item. Probably a bug.

Feb 29, 2012 - Here is an awesome music video by a band that recently featured the them playing Asteroids on an ATARI 2600 in their video at the end of it. It's very 80's and kind of creepy!Past the below phrase in the search box."Stalker Love" music video by Official Version

Mar 27, 2012 - For some reason, the castle won't open unless it comes in direct contact with the key. I had that happen when when I tried to enter the black castle one time. It might be the same case, I don't know.
