Dec 25, 2010 - sorry, i don't live close to this thing at all, you'll just have to squint :Ofrom what I remember, the release was just two bent metal rods that were attached to the wooden balance beam—the one that catches the marbles as they fall—one attached to each side of the nail you see. the beam pushes each rod up just enough that it lets the next marble though (and stops the next one).
