It's not American todiscriminate against others for the way they were born. It's notAmerican to use the federal government to override the decisions of thestates. Tolerance is American. Oct 1, 2011 - As a Native New Mexican I can Honestly say that Gary Johnson was a damn good governor and would make a damn good president. Oh yeah and I am a Democrat

kemicutie Says:

Oct 2, 2011 - I think we have a winner folks!!!! I like his message and I'll definitely be researching him as someone I would like to support in the next election.

TheGlittertastic Says:

Oct 10, 2011 - All u guys that know of the dream act and how we pay for illigals tuition now and not help our own and a zillion other topics this man trys to bring to light need to start informing others. we dont need to let this guy go without a fight.

mookielovesgod Says:

CharmingBelles Says:

Oct 27, 2011 - - Gary Johnson for President 2012 _\|/_ LIVE FREE! _\|/_

Jande29793 Says:

Dec 9, 2011 - This guy, and ron paul. So good to see not just one sane person running for president.

markbrown72 Says:

Dec 9, 2011 - Would be a great ticket in 2012 Ron Paul and Gary Johnson

iruparatso Says:

Dec 9, 2011 - You had me right up until the sentence about the federal government shouldn't have the right to override the states. We fought a Civil War to prove that, yes, it does have that right, as it should. If the federal government couldn't override the states, black people still wouldn't be able to vote in the South. And if the courts couldn't overturn decisions of the states, about 1/3 of states wouldn't allow interracial marriage.

iruparatso Says:

Dec 9, 2011 - I am well aware that you are referring to DOMA, but the correct argument against DOMA is not that it overrides the states, but that it is explicitly unconstitutional via the full faith and credit clause.

GodWillzIt Says:

Dec 10, 2011 - So black people would move to a state that does and that state would have a better economy. Those same states could do the same to us whites xD

iruparatso Says:

Dec 11, 2011 - I'm very glad you weren't alive during the Civil Rights era.

Darkravyn Says:

Dec 17, 2011 - Except that Ron Paul will not have anyone running with him or in his cabinet who isn't pro-life. Check out the Susan B. Anthony pledge.

Callihan343 Says:

Jan 2, 2012 - Gary Johnson is a Ron Paul clone, meant to split the vote, in my opinion. The government is doing everything they can to stop Ron Paul, because Ron Paul is the only man alive with the guts to stop them from being crazy, and probably ruining the world. >.>

gamerneek Says:

Feb 4, 2012 - Ron Paul seems better economically (end the fed, end the IRS, end social security, etc) and on abortion, although I agree with Gary Johnson on the civil rights act. If Ron Paul is not the Republican nominee, I'll vote for Johnson. I'd definitely support Johnson over Rand Paul for 2016/2020 due to Rand's weaker views on gay rights, marijuana and his idea of denying visas to people from "rogue nations".

byouno93 Says:

Mar 29, 2012 - EXACTLY how I feel. I'm voting Paul this election because he's got a better shot but Johnson will likely have my vote from then on.

Kiru26 Says:

Apr 16, 2012 - Could you please explain how Paul has a better shot? He's at the bottom for the GOP votes, and doesn't intend to run as an independent. Gary Johnson, however, is already saying that he's running as an independent.

Kiru26 Says:

Apr 16, 2012 - At this point, you just sound like a paranoid delusional idiot. I know I should be more nice, but really... Johnson was out early on, while Paul continues to run, though is obviously more than defeated. Paul has no intention of running as an independent, while Johnson does. So, what it all boils down to is that Republicans are idiots, and Ron Paul cultists are a bit nutty. Obama is better than any Republican candidate up there, but Johnson is the best one running overall.

byouno93 Says:

Apr 16, 2012 - Look around mate. Most people have at the very least heard of Ron Paul which unfortunately can't be said for Gary (even among Paul supporters). Again it's the media at work but the key thing here is to educate people. Regardless of this election, we need to make sure Johnson is known next time around.

PeaceProsperityPrtns Says:

Apr 26, 2012 - Gary is running on the Libertarian Party ticket. Check it out at LP,0rg He needs all the support we can give him. Gary Johnson 2012, c0mPEACE

GregoryKells Says:

May 7, 2012 - I hope Ron Paul's supporters will not squander the opportunity we have here. Ron Paul is a great man and I wish we would have the choice to vote for him in the general election, but it is pretty unlikely at this point. Johnson will be on nearly, if not all state ballots. We have the opportunity to change the tide of American politics. We can thank Ron Paul for inspiring so many people by voting for a candidate who shares those ideals. GARY JOHNSON 2012.

nelandquinten Says:

May 9, 2012 - Johnson and Huntsman were probably the only GOP candidates I'd place my vote for. I wrote a letter to Johnson's campaign showing my support for his ideals. Its sad that he is out of the GOP race now. I guess the current Republicans only want to stand behind unintellectual Christian zealots like Santorum.

mythreligion Says:

May 15, 2012 - ya, so who you gonna vote for?

itstonymacaroni Says:

May 15, 2012 - Gingrich write-in, obv.
