May 18, 2012 - My hair is ridiculously curly, and thick, and just really big. I use pure virgin coconut oil in my hair to straighten it, with any ole comb+ straightener. Just hold comb and straightener together, comb first. Works great if you can't afford a new straightener. Coconut oil help prevent breakage too.
