May 8, 2012 - It's Steve Winwood,he was only 15 when he wrote and sang this song.Went on to be pretty famous.Playing with folks like Eric Clapton and some other great musicians in bands like this and Traffic and Blind Faith and did some solo stuff in the 80's.
