The entire monologue is riddled with hilarious bits, and giving away the direction of the story doesn't ruin that.The commentary about people's reactions, the dog's reaction to what he's doing, that is where the humor is.Knowing where the monologue is going doesn't ruin that, because it's not about what happens, but about his delivery of the whole story.This logic also applies to your comparison to the Avengers.

May 14, 2012 - Actually what makes that part funny is the irony of the whole situation, that Louis is hurting the dog in order to keep it alive. The best and funniest example of it being that he punched it in order to save it. So by putting that in the title, it becomes anti-climactic And that logic does not apply to my Avengers comparison at all because that was the whole point of the movie.

His comedy is beyond ruining because the presentation and delivery are what makes him funny, regardless of the content. If you really wanted to ruin something with a title, you would have to change 'Where The Wild Things Are' to 'Kid Enters A Coma And Hallucinates A Bizarre Dream World For A While Then Dies'
