Part 6Castle of OrdealSee Part 1 for a general description.Before leaving melmond I purchase CUR3, then sail to Crescent Lake to obtain the Canoe. While there I upgrade my Armor as much as possible. From this point forward Gold is not an issue so I purchase everything they have except the Buckleer. (The Red Mage needs an extra slot to carry excess items)I misjudge the amount of GP I have and end up purchasing the wrong stuff, then end up wasting some time battling outside of Crescent Lake out of frustration. I use this opportunity to purchase more heals that I will need anyway for my journey to Gurgu Volcano later.After getting the canoe I sail directly to the Castle of Ordeal. I do this for three reasons: First, I need to level up before Ice Cave anyway or the instant death enemies make the journey very difficult to do on the first try. Second, it takes about the same amount of time to fly there in an airship as it does to sail there. Third, there is some good stuff there including the Zeus Gauntlet, Gold Ring, Ice Sword, and the Heal Staff. The latter is critical to have in Gurgu Volcano for my strategy.Before leaving I briefly farm Zombie Dragons out of temptation. It would be quicker to forgo this in favor of my later Agama Farming technique, but the temptation was too great.I return to Crescent Lake, stock up on Heals, and start off for Gurgu Volcano at level Level 12.
