Feb 7, 2012 - Beats any of these new trendy folk bands around. Hands down. The difference being that i believe Oldhams songs and he's been doing this for many years. Other groups like The head and the heart, Mumfords, Fleet foxes, the Avett brothers just lack intensity. When I saw two of aforementioned groups on the grammys with Bob Dylan It was predictable as I think they were making out that Dylan was almost handing over the torch to the new generation whereas Oldham has thankfully dodged this celebrity.
