That Song by Big Wreck.Big Wreck was a hard rock band of the late 1990s.The band was formed in Boston, Massachusetts by vocalist Ian Thornley, guitarist Brian Doherty, bassist Dave Henning and drummer Forrest Williams, who met as students at the Berklee College of Music. After several years of gigging in Boston and Cambridge, the band signed to a major label and released its debut album In Loving Memory Of... in 1997. The single "The Oaf" was a major Top Ten hit for the band that year.Since Ian Thornley is Canadian, the band's biggest commercial success was in Canada rather than the United States. The album's subsequent singles, "Blown Wide Open" and "That Song", were not as successful on the American charts as "The Oaf" had been, but in Canada they were both Top Ten hits.

Dec 30, 2011 - Okay, I don't know why but I waz in the mall with my girlfriend and I suddenly remembered part of this song for no reason and had know idea what so ever what it might be called so I got home and came on here and the first thing that came to mind waz the lyrics I love that song so I typed "that song" and this the first one I clicked on and found it! Why don't all bands make it so easy to find their songs? lol Great song never heard of the band but great song!

Jan 4, 2012 - this song and album all together has a very meaningful and sad meaning to it. im pretty sure his girlfriend died while on vacation but not sure but i know she died and this song is obviously about "that song", that when he hears it, he thinks of her. " So I always get nostalgic with that song. But in my room it's forced.It has to be in some car across the street."
