Since he is my governor, I know him quite well and he is a funny and joking around kind of guy, so I thought he was just playing around. Then I found he really just forgot, had a brain-fart, on the third agency. And all I can say is... so what!!! Who among all of us has NOT had a brain-fart? Who?!!!?
