Jun 29, 2011 - How the hell one claim to be Khmer when your name is Thach Ngoc Thach? Khmer but sounds like Vietnamese. I think he is a Spy for Vietnamese government. Just like S Ngoc Thanh. If you are Khmer change your name first to be recognized by Khmer then you are Khmer, but if your name is Ngoc then you are a Vietnamese. Change your identity first before you claim to be Khmer. This is what I am afraid the most Vietnamese who thinks they are Khmer.
