Then move on to awareness and consciousness in the brain. Learn about sleep and dreams, mainly lucid dreams. Then read about matter and what the world and your body are made of (mostly empty space) possibly an illusion of the mind. Your body is a machine under your control sometimes. If you want the answers they are there you just have to find them :)
