Jan 2, 2012 - there's nothing special about the euro, its no different than the yuan or dollar or pound... its fiat, its not tied to anything, banks can create it based on holding a small percentage of the loan they want to create. its a fractional reserve currency. so don't worry europeans, your currency may be going down, but so is every other fiat currency on this cute lil planet
