Title: KORG DS-10 PLUS: 'Live Mixing (Artist Showcase)' By Anthony Seeha

Added: Mar 16, 2011

Author: seehanth001

Duration: 27:17

Description:
If I ever were to play a live set anywhere, this is what I would play. By using two Nintendo DSi consoles with copies of Korg DS-10 Plus, I can mix my own songs back and forth. It's quite handy, and a lot of fun. Every sound you hear was created on Korg DS-10. Feel free to ask questions. Please enjoy!!! =)SONG LIST:IntroductionMysterious Forest The SeventhIn the WhirlpoolNEONMB LINK (Anthony Seeha Remix)Licensed For Use (Anthony Seeha Remix)CYCLONESTROBE LIGHTDownload this mix: [http://www.mediafire.com/?lbp5tg64vq4t9qm]Buy my album: [http://www.anthonyseeha.bandcamp.com]Please follow [http://soundcloud.com/anthonyseeha] for exclusive updates.

May 10, 2012 - I'm confused, do you wirelessly link the DS's together? Or do you just hook them up to the same output?

STFU007 Says:

May 10, 2012 - You just won yourself a new subscriber. I'm sharing this with my friends also.

May 10, 2012 - Brilliant.

WVI Says:

May 10, 2012 - I've made tracks with the DS-10+, but my sounds always end up thinner and a little coarser than what you've got going. What would you recommend?

faheetooo Says:

May 10, 2012 - i think so cuz u can see the Cable lool

seehanth001 Says:

May 11, 2012 - To record the sound of both DS consoles, I connected them to my computer using audio cables and an audio splitter. I don't have a mixer. x_xIf you're talking about the mixing, I don't use the multiplayer option because it's too limiting. I actually press play at the right moment so that the songs play at the same time. =)

Willlllem Says:

May 12, 2012 - Awesome, thanks for the explanation. :)

DeepMonolight Says:

May 13, 2012 - It's a little too long for me but a very good work. One of the best DS-10 demo here on YT :)

seehanth001 Says:

May 14, 2012 - I recommend chords! Mess around with VCO 2 PITCH in SYN1 EDIT and make some major or minor chords. Chords usually make a song sound more full. =)

MrRom117 Says:

May 14, 2012 - very nice track u created there :)

TheMilkmn Says:

May 19, 2012 - Hey there, I've been trying to make a good sounding... sound.... on my copy of the game, but everything on my game comes out sounding fuzzy, like there's white noise playing in the background... How do you achieve white-noise less sounds?

seehanth001 Says:

May 21, 2012 - Like I said, I just connect my DSi into my computer's line-in jack and record with Audacity. Anyways, I suppose there are two factors that contribute to a good sounding sound. The first factor could be the way the song is created. Try messing with the patches to clear it up. The second factor could be your recording device. Unfortunately, some devices have white noise whilst recording. Sorry, I don't have too much to say on this topic. x_x

TheMilkmn Says:

May 21, 2012 - Thank you so much for replying! I haven't tried plugging my ds into my computer to record songs yet since I'm still at the extremely early stages of learning how to use the program (game?). I'll keep messing around with the patches though and see if I can come up with something that sounds good, though. Thank you so much for all the great music!

Dant2142 Says:

May 22, 2012 - You have to understand, the DS wasn't exactly designed with audio fidelity in mind to begin with.
