Jun 15, 2011 - Hi Torrent, first let me say thanks for the great tutorials. Great job!Only thing I'm still missing is the following:PLEASE prepare a tutorial which will show us how to DEBUG a plugin in the Eclipse environment with bukkit server. I'm still waiting when you finish your plugin and when you show us how to run and debug the written plugin. Please, can you make such tutorial?

WoopaGaming Says:

Jun 15, 2011 - Thanks for the comment, much appreciated!I shall try my best to show this in a tutorial - I've pre-recorded episode 8 and 9 so it wont be for the next two days. But i'll try and record that as a final episode!- Torrent.

Jun 15, 2011 - Every time there's a new tutorial, you import a load of new things right at the top, such as import org.ibex....etc Can you explain what these do and which ones are necessary?Palfreyfish :D

Jul 15, 2011 - Is there a resource I can use to find out all the events, such as killing a player? I want to make it so when you type /smite, it kills a player with a lightening strike. I have the command defined, and the player listener, but I really don't know what to do now. Do I need a hashmap for that too?

Oct 24, 2011 - WTH?! You changed a ton of stuff since the last tutorial! I cant keep up! Everything doesnt make sence anymore!!!

Ryxali Says:

Oct 25, 2011 - He's done these two things basically:1. Optimize, using the logger instead of the System.out.print.ln it will work faster and with fewer bugs!2. PlayerListener, since they updated, bukkit won't allow a playerlistener to function the way he initially made it. Therefore, in the [Basic] class he added the method [onCommand] which will do the same thing.Hopefully I was of some help!

Ryxali Says:

Oct 25, 2011 - public boolean onCommand(CommandSender sender, Command cmd, String commandLabel, String args[]){this is what it should be, are you shure you wrote it like this because he kind of split that line into two due to lack of space.

FloormanUK Says:

Oct 26, 2011 - yeah sorry i figured this out long ago..I just forgot to put another comment saying so xD
