Feb 21, 2012 - You first should start with a great primer since it's in July and it will most likely be hot, I swear by YSL Matte Touch...it's incredible! Mascara should definitely be water resistant for the special day with some individual lashes that will stay on much better than a strip. Colors, anything you like! I had navy smokey eyes on my day, because that's what I like best for me. At the end of the day, You should feel like a better version of yourself!
