Description:
http://www.newegg.comThinking about building your own PC?Today's video features a build that's tuned for price and performance -- we're looking for a system that will glide through your toughest apps without burning through your hard-earned cash. Since no two custom rigs are alike, Paul focuses on the planning stage of a PC build. What parts can be salvaged from an older PC? Which components are most important to choose first, before planning out the rest of the system? Our build features an AMD quad-core CPU and an MSI Motherboard with built-in SATA Rev. III and USB 3.0. What parts would you choose for your performance PC? Tell us on the EggXpert System Builds forum:http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/18374/ShowForum.aspxOUR BUILD - http://bit.ly/ciVk4pCPU - AMD Athlon II X4 630http://bit.ly/adtCb9Motherboard - MSI 890GXM-G65http://bit.ly/cL4tKrMemory - Crucial 4GB (2x 2GB) DDR3http://bit.ly/cmPP5uCase - Antec Two Hundred (v2)http://bit.ly/bzfPsfPower Supply - Antec BP550plushttp://bit.ly/a8SSfuOptical Drive - Lite-on DVD Burnerhttp://bit.ly/9XR8shHard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TBhttp://bit.ly/demOVsOperating System - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bithttp://bit.ly/dsWlPGSATA Cable - http://bit.ly/9pxf0IGAMING/MULTIMEDIA UPGRADES:Optical Drive - Lite-on Blu-Ray Readerhttp://bit.ly/duuADmVGA - Sapphire Radeon HD 5770http://bit.ly/c10WPx- Credits -Editing & Special Effects: LamWriting, Technical Mumbo-Jumbo: PaulCamera, Lighting & Sound: Paul & Lam

Apr 12, 2012 - Plenty of other sites do these budget builds all the time if you are really that lazy that you need someone to tell you what to buy. I would only use these types of guides as a reference anyway because very rarely are your needs going to match up with exactly what the guide is being based around.

May 17, 2012 - Am I the only one that likes the look of a stock CPU fan? I know an after market fan would perform much better, but there's something about a small and simple fan that makes me think of clockwork.
