Aug 28, 2011 - I went there last year after the floods. Those people never saw a dime of the money donated. They still lived in tents, some just under sheets. These were women ,children & entire families. They lost everything. The government was so corrupt, they kept the money. The food trucks would empty in 10 minutes and those trucks were filled with food from other people in Pakistan, not a government agency. The only way to know that you are helping is to go there & volunteer.
