The people that, as Leo said, with big pockets really did wrong by him, causing the end of his TV shows. If you have a visitor to your home that wishes to use your network, you grant them permission to do so, generally speaking. The concept is the same as a outdoors grill. You leave it in your back yard, unlocked and unprotected, but you do not expect/consent someone to come over and cook on it. Does that help explain?
