Apr 21, 2012 - your kidding right? dont see how the 2ZZ could hold a candle to even the B18C
spud888 Says:
Apr 21, 2012 - He says Toyota don't make a high performance engine, however 190bhp from 1796cc sounds pretty high performance to me, hence my comment. I wasn't comparing it to the Honda engine anyway.
TakumiFuji01 Says:
Apr 22, 2012 - Um, both of them are 1.8L. They both have the same Variable Valve Timing System and they rev high, I hate how most of those kids say Honda are better because "those cars" don't have VTEC when they have the same system but diff name
rey0176 Says:
Apr 25, 2012 - nope...mrs toyota
rey0176 Says:
Apr 25, 2012 - im not surprised the yota did the fastes and best time....
oldsklteg Says:
Apr 27, 2012 - most would argue the same points on the 4age black top vs the 2nd gen b16a, where it been proven again and again the honda engine is superior. and vvti is a joke.. atleast on the 20 valve
TakumiFuji01 Says:
Apr 27, 2012 - You sure about saying the VVT is a joke on the 20v because it doesn't have "VTEC" when it's the same system?? How come it owned the B16As in Group A??
ywe3 Says:
Apr 30, 2012 - for the same reason the K20A owns B18Cs the torque drop off is lower than the smaller engine which is why the K20A is a tuners wet dream plus the parts for VTec is less than VVTi i prefer the 2ZZ for tracks with alot of elevation changes but the K20A owns on flat ground.
gT3iD Says:
May 2, 2012 - Interesting engine-car collaboration between Honda + Toyata ...(I wouldn't call it sacrilegious lolll) in this way [only...perhaps]... might we think of the MR-S as a baby NSX?
parthbla000 Says:
May 6, 2012 - And thats what happens when you talk shit about spoon, you get owned. Theres a reason why Tsuchiya likes to drive Spoons and Amuses cars :P
trusessions Says:
May 9, 2012 - K20A in my 1987 Honda Prelude! YEAH RIGHT!!:(
FaTaLGTR Says:
May 11, 2012 - B18C > K20A. Sorry but the dc2 integra was my favourite type R, closely followed by the civic ek9. (This is excluding hrthe NSX since it's in a different league.
mugendc5 Says:
May 14, 2012 - incredibly fast machine that needs some work in the looks department
n9athan Says:
May 16, 2012 - I don't know, the ek9 Type R is one of the few FWD cars I like. The looks are unique and looks very japanese. I like it.
n9athan Says:
May 16, 2012 - Again rwd>fwd haha, or just the combination of mid engine, rear wheel drive. Thats a cool swap though, if only it was in a better looking w20.
SniperBoy251 Says:
May 18, 2012 - hold up, spooned B16...nuff said
mrdazz1808 Says:
May 19, 2012 - Only if k20's were cheaper!
orangeorphan Says:
May 20, 2012 - Tsuchyia is a god when he's driving a Honda
dsourn Says:
May 24, 2012 - always wanted a k20 in a DC2 but with the risk of thieves out there. i will stick to my z33
skyliinegtr10 Says:
May 24, 2012 - no dc2 in the race
dsourn Says:
May 24, 2012 - ok let me rephrase it again. always wanted a Honda with a k20, ( my first car i ever had a DC2 ), but with the risk of thieves out there stealing Honda (EG,EK,DC,EJ,EM). i will stick to my Z33.
cxbra Says:
May 25, 2012 - "The best Honda 2 liter of all time, the K20A".. Im sorry, but I think the best Honda 2 liter of all time is the F20C!! 120hp per liter vs 110hp per liter with the k20a. Not only that, but the f20c revs to 9k stock!
BIuejay Says:
May 25, 2012 - What's your point?
hamish48273 Says:
May 28, 2012 - toyota wins lmao

spud888 Says:
Apr 19, 2012 - This must have been filmed before the introduction of the 2ZZ-GE
