Recognizing a number every once in a while or on purpose is not part of the 11:11 Phenomena. The 11:11 Phenomena occurs when you start to see the time 11:11 or a variation of it such as 11, 111, 1111, etc more often than chance or coincidence would allow. Confirmation bias does happen to some people but there are thousands, if not more, of people who see 11:11 all over the world and not all of them are looking or searching for a meaning to put behind seeing 11:11. My suggestions if you see 11:11:Read all that you can about the 11:11 phenomenon but keep in mind that you might have to look to yourself to find the answers you are curious about and that the 'advice" of others may not be for you.Talk with others who see 11:11. Keep a journal to record every time you see 11:11 and also record what mood you were in, what you were doing, what you were thinking, etc. Do not believe in every theory tossed at you.Do not listen to people who say you are crazy just because you see 11:11.Consider meditating at 11:11 or saying a small prayer if you think it would help. Do not hesitate to ask others for help such as your friends, spiritual teachers and partners or even your spirit guide.Do not attach false meanings to your 11:11 experience. If you would like to ask questions then please send me an email. There are no experts when it comes to 11:11 but if you have a question I'll help you the best I can.

May 11, 2012 - It may seem as a phenomena, but it's actually just a happy coincidence! Let's be honest here, most of us see 11:11 in either digital clocks or in some other digital electronics, and seeing how we are surrounded by digital electronics such as cell phones, mp3 players, laptops, etc, the probability of seeing 11:11 or 1:11 is actually not all that improbable, especially when you look at digital media every 5 minutes or so! It does make my day though when I see it on the clock =)

May 14, 2012 - I experienced this about 7 years ago. Everywhere I looked was the number 11. This was at a time of great personal upheaval but it all lead back to the rediscovery of my original nature. Although I had no idea what it meant or that other people were experiencing it and I'm not sure if the 11:11 helped on that journey but it gave me a feeling of connected ness on a higher level.

May 15, 2012 - I used to not believe in the 11/11 phenomena untill the night 11/11/11. I was in the process of enlisting in the Marine Corps. I bought tickets to a Skrillex concert 2 Days earlier for 11/11/11. I was starting to get into EDM music. I've always had a thing with music but ever since I got hooked on the marines I gave it up I played guitar I sang I play bass piano drums. I could pick up a instrument and start playing it I was one of those people. That night at that concert my life changed.

May 17, 2012 - I've seen those digits alot of times now, i didn't even think about it untill i Searched here, and on google. Cause i swear on my life that these digits have apeared a few times these 2 weeks. Very strange. That's why i am here to ask. When do these phenomena disapear??? Cuz it's getting scary the more often i see it. On my clock, computer,the news on the news only once.

May 17, 2012 - Before I went to sleep last night I saw 11:11 ..couple hours after I woke up saw 11:11 .. Couple hours later saw 1:11.. Around 4 turned the game on game clock was at 1:11. ... All these times I wasn't looking to see Wat time it was I just looked at the clock automatically. No doubt it means something just have to figure out what.

May 27, 2012 - happy to read some of the comments here. i'm also experiencing this, often i see it at clock never new why. but when i first heard that theres a movie 11:11 and after watching it i felt like please hope this dont happen to me. but it also made my faith to our lord jesus christ much more stronger. every time i see it on my clock i always sign a cross. my b'day is 5/11/76
