Feb 24, 2012 - not really. its a music video, so folks will often be models trying to portray people with real problems or some sort of genuine burden to bear. i don't find the use of models playing the role of people who feel ostracized/ugly/mistreated or whatever as ironic so much as spotting another opportunity to call bullshit on the notion that "pretty" people are capable of feeling left out, or (more likely) so bent out of shape about getting told they're attractive every day. but that's me.
