Nov 21, 2009 - This recipe works great. I didn't have cilantro, but it was really good without it. You can pretty much forget about adjusting the seasoning on the dressing, though, because it's so acidic your tongue goes numb once you taste it. So you have to just go on faith (and it's delicious when mixed with the other ingredients).
