May 24, 2012 - I dont quite understand the foward roll protecting your nee's in this video when he preforms the roll at 3:40. By the time he hits the ground his foward momentum was very minimal.as shown by the arrows, the arch eventually had him falling straight down And to my understanding it would make the roll unnecessary, since he would feel the full impact the moment he touches ground. If im wrong, PLEASE EXPLAIN.

May 26, 2012 - Your shoulder can take an impact a whole lot better than your head. When you start out, your form won't be perfect and you *will* bruise your shoulders over and over—but that's a good thing; it means they'll get stronger and stronger. I started learning proper form a week ago with a PK team and trust me, my shoulders are in ALOT of pain.
