Dec 23, 2011 - This is really powerful stuff... The music is spot-on, the clown's make-up is scary and I think the underlying terror is that you must trust those clowns to fix Peewee's bike. They hardly portray a professional image!!! I think that this particular scene is a masterpiece, perhaps for the wrong reasons. Even the music is scary and with a repetitive beat that gets right into your head. Uuuggh!

Apr 12, 2012 - This scene scared the crap out of me when I was a kid (MUCH more than Large Marge... in fact, I didn't even remember that part until I saw it again in the 90's), and it still creeps me out. It taught me the vital lesson that clowns are employed by Satan, and I've taken that to heart since. For example, when my parents hired one for my third birthday party, I did what any smart child would do: scream at the top of my lungs and stay the flying fuck away from it the whole party. True story.
