Apr 10, 2012 - Sorry, but this is Free Running. This is not Parkour. What's the difference you ask? Parkour is about getting from point A to B efficiently in an environment built to contain you. Free Running is doing tricks for aesthetic value, however they hold no purpose other than aesthetics.
