sirtinycreep Says:
Nov 5, 2011 - He could actually be the Doctor again. Better second time round.
ManuABG Says:
Nov 8, 2011 - How's that different from what Smith is currently doing ?
scofisticated Says:
Nov 9, 2011 - it isnt so much what Smith, or even Tennant or any of the younger doctors, are ~doing~. it that they are younger, more sexy doctors. i like how the older doctors were scifi icons, saving the universe, and they didnt have to look "hot".
ManuABG Says:
Nov 9, 2011 - I really do believe that Smith's Doctor is really close to your description of the old ones. First of all, I know many people who do not find him hot at all. Secondly, he really has this "mad scientist" vibe, the epicness, and the geekiness that fit your description. I have a hard time seeing where Smith isn't this.

Nov 10, 2011 - There is this really interesting TwoFace fan film on my page.
WarriorProphet1 Says:
Nov 18, 2011 - That's pretty cool. It would be neat to see other old school Doctors doing scenes of new school Doctors.

Jan 19, 2012 - This is why I love McCoy's Tenure as the Doctor he was fantast
BowTiesareCool12 Says:
Jan 20, 2012 - It would honestly make my lie complete if in the 50th special they had old doctors, he was the first one i ever saw and he is my favorite, they probabaly wont but it would be really awesome
piotrmil Says:
Jan 20, 2012 - I love his accent !
dbvixxen Says:
Jan 20, 2012 - Oh no, you just left that to the female companions. Heaven forbid the male characters look hot.
scofisticated Says:
Jan 21, 2012 - @dbvixxen @dbvixxen im sorry if i implyed that. but i myself never said that. if they would have a Diana Trent from WaitingForGod as a companion, i would watch every second.i was trying to highlight the aspect of scifi that accentuates beefcakes which influences boys' self image. much the same as hot babes influences girls' selfimage. boys get it just as bad too, which leads to steroids, like it does w/ girls to anorexia. neither gender has it worse, and both need be addressed
dbvixxen Says:
Jan 21, 2012 - But how is this at all related to Doctor Who? None of the Doctors, not even the three New Who Doctors, espouse anything resembling the "beefcake" standard. All three of them are thin, with at least one of them pretty much in the "scrawny" category. I'm just...not sure what your concern is as far as Doctor Who goes, since it's obviously not in danger of becoming like other sci-fi shows in the way you're saying.
dbvixxen Says:
Jan 21, 2012 - Of course they wouldn't. Back in those days, Doctor Who was too busy with golden lines like "No, not the mind probe."
TheHairofTime Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - 3:20 COME AT ME BRO
akashashen Says:
Feb 9, 2012 - I love that he was willing to do this, but, "I am talking," needs a good yelling behind it.
ravenwyld Says:
Mar 2, 2012 - one of my fave doctors. man i wish there were more mccoy episodes.
dewhistle Says:
Mar 15, 2012 - Hot dog! If they had Diana Trent as a companion, I'd watch too! Think of the bloodshed. I can just see her caning the Doctor across the nape of the neck because he won't answer her bloody questions properly. She'd terrify Rory and Amy would take notes.
sumbuddyx Says:
Apr 2, 2012 - I'd like to see someone read the part where he tells off the Atraxi.
ImagineWizard Says:
Apr 7, 2012 - For the 50th Year anniversary, all the surviving Doctors should read each others badass lines, and put it in one collection. It would be the most awesome collection of sound bites EVER!
cmsahe Says:
May 8, 2012 - yes there are the Big Finish audio adventures!
ravenwyld Says:
May 8, 2012 - I have some of those but mainly mcgann ones :(
