The reality of the situation is this: Global temperature is on the rise, this is a fact, and we are not supposed to be reaching these temperatures this quickly. So therefore, there is a correlation between human activity and climate change. We are also running out of resources, space and eventually food. Our sheltered, comfortable lives will change as the babble we live in bursts. Perhaps you are too scared to recognise the reality we are in?

However, one has to consider the fact that it takes money to transport that food across land and sea. The government will look at the opportunity cost. Then, it will determine the most important and best way of using its money. Most likely, a government will spend the money to better there own.

Aug 9, 2011 - and socialism would prevent waste how, believe it or not restaurants aren't allowed to give away their discarded food because of safety regulations all do to socialists. Feed the third world for free and they'll always be dependents, trade not aid.
