Dec 3, 2009 - If you've got the time, try freezing these overnight. The freezing opens the muscle tissue for a deeper flavor into the meat. It works for any type of marinade. You can even freeze for 6 months ahead. Buy pork in the winter time when it's cheapest and smoke 'em in the summer. It don't get any better.

Jun 30, 2011 - I tried this mop sauce the other day on some baby-backs. They turned out way to salty. If you don't like alot of salt on your meat, stay away from this one.
