Mar 24, 2012 - marxistkid Being "Asian" has nothing to do with Lin being so popular as you suggested. For one, he's a Harvard graduate unlike most boneheads in the league. Secondly, he was never drafted/overlooked by scouts when he clearly possess the talent/skills. Third, he outplayed all the "legends" in their early rookie starts. So don't try to belittle Lin's journey to stardom as another typical "black" story as you try to put it.
