May 23, 2012 - The thing is they dont decide fights based on overall strikes landed.Condit could have landed 10,000 kicks in one round and that would still only win him that one round.They score it round by round.And yea I dont consider half of those kicks significant.Watch Diaz fight Cyborg.Those are significant kicks.All Im saying is I had it like so many others did...rd 1,2,5, DIAZ.

May 23, 2012 - It was a very close fight no doubt but if you check fight metric they have condit out striking Diaz every round apart from round 2 and Diaz was unable to take condit down in round 4 on two occasions.So to me that means Diaz only won round 2 and maby 5 because of the take down,but its a big maby because he was unable to do any thing to condit and condit got out of the arm bar and was on top at the end of the fight.

May 23, 2012 - Ive seen the fight metrics and if u count the strikes by Condit, the majority were the insignificant leg kicks.Diaz landed more significant head and body strikes.I just dont think you can call it a ''good'' gameplan when a fighter goes in the ring and tries to win by avoiding the conflict,instead of trying to win by dominating the conflict.
