OSL/USL overacheived on that score. some harden their own hearts beyond repentance.was OSL/USL such a man/monster? seems likely. i feel pity and sympathy for all his followers, the deceived and dastardly. he was at least self-deceived. these considered, Short's song fits into an American tradition thus far neglected: "I have not yet begun to fight", "damn the torpedos", "Nuts" etc. The 1776' freedom tower, "Won't Back Down", "Courtesy of the R,W&B". now this song.
