May 25, 2012 - Robb Stark should have the Throne. Stannis might want to have it by right, but when Robert died, he passed his legacy to Joffrey, but until he was to come of age, it was Neds role. Ned dies, and his firstborn son should hold the Throne. Hence, Robb.

May 25, 2012 - Stannis is the true King is you forget about Dany, Joffrey isn't Robert's son therefore has no claim to the throne, so it falls to Stannis as Robert had to heirs. Ned was only a regent their easily replaced. Robb is the rightfull King of the North but has to claim to the south.
